The Flushing Remonstrance partner with Oddhaus Films to present an evening of rare short films by Guy Maddin, all with our live accompaniment.
Guy has selected these films personally for scoring by the group. Featuring the films Once a Chicken Always a Chicken; Trumpet Island Host Séance; Saint, Devil, Woman; and Only Dream Things (all of which were first scored by the Flushing Remonstrance), plus Odilon Redon [live score premiere]; Odin’s Shield Maiden; and Send Me to the ‘Lectric Chair.
